Hello!
The Louisiana Hot Sauce work is refreshingly human with hand-painted signs, 16mm grain, and leans into the Southern Heritage. It feels made by people, not a template. That's exactly how I shoot.
I pulled a set of images a bit more environmental, a little gritty, less polished, built around people sharing food and the moments that happen around the table.
What we'd bring to the next round:
• Real, unforced moments, planned shots plus the spontaneous ones in between
• Talent who look like fans, not models (I know everyone's name before they hit set to relax the mood)
• An eye for texture in signage, hands, food, worn tables from real locations
Best
Paul
Here’s a fun trick I use to connect with talent. First, I say hi to them when they walk on set. I already know their name because it’s been in all the pre-pro decks and it’s on the back of my camera. Everyone likes to hear their own name and it’s a starting point to learning more about them to help them give us the good emotions.
